Production Operator | BD Singapore (Tuas)

At BD, every role contributes to improving the lives of patients around the world. We are looking for motivated and hands-on Production Operators to join our advanced manufacturing facility in Tuas.

What You'll Do

- Operate production equipment and monitor machine performance to meet quality and output targets.

- Conduct in-process inspections and handle non-conforming products according to quality requirements.

- Perform minor troubleshooting, machine adjustments, and product changeovers.

- Carry out preventive maintenance and basic machine upkeep.

- Record production, downtime, waste, and material information accurately in production systems.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

- Participate in shift handovers, team meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Support production projects, data collection exercises, and equipment enhancement activities.

What We're Looking For

- Manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience is advantageous.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Able to follow safety, GMP, and operating procedures.
