Professional Services Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to strengthen IT service continuity, business contingency planning, and disaster recovery capabilities within a federal government environment. In this remote role, you will develop and maintain recovery strategies that help ensure critical systems and services remain available during disruptive events. You will conduct risk assessments, evaluate business impacts, and establish practical recovery procedures aligned with federal cybersecurity standards. Working closely with IT operations, application development, cybersecurity, and risk management teams, you will help organizations prepare for incidents and restore essential services efficiently. You will also contribute to governance, risk, and compliance initiatives while advising stakeholders on continuity requirements and improvement opportunities.
