Program Control Specialist - Finance

Oak Grove Technologies, LLC, a dynamic and fast-growing federal contractor, is seeking highly skilled and motivated P rogram Control Analyst/Specialist to support operations in our Raleigh, NC office. The Program Control Analyst/Specialist is responsible for financial planning, project cost control, budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition support, and performance monitoring of Government and/or commercial contracts. The position reports to the VP of Finance.
This position requires an on-site presence.

Requirements
Essential duties and responsibilities

- Monitor project financial performance against budgets, funding and forecasts

- Prepare monthly Estimates at Completion (EACs) and estimate to complete (ETCs)

- Analyze labor utilization, indirect rate impacts, and project profitability

- Support revenue recognition and project status reporting

- Track contract funding, backlog, burn rates and staffing projections

- Assist with annual operating plans and program budgets

- Prepare variance analyses and management reports

- Support invoice reviews and contract modifications
Qualifications

- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

- 1+ years of program controls experience

- Strong analytical and Excel skills

- Experience with ERP systems such as Unanet, Costpoint, SAP, Oracle, Deltek/Costpoint
Preferred skills

- Unanet experience

- Deltek/Costpoint

- Advanced Excel modeling

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Government Contracting Experience
Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Range:
$75,000.00 - $80,000.00
