Role Description

As a Program Manager in Business Operations at Gridware, you'll lead company-wide initiatives spanning growth, field operations, and product and device operations.. You'll bring structure to ambiguous, high-stakes work by aligning stakeholders, sequencing the work, and keeping leadership clear on progress, risks, and decisions. You should be equally comfortable working through operational details with your program peers as you are presenting a recommendation to technical leaders . This role reports into Business Operations and partners closely with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal.
