About the role

Your Role
The Health Plan Product Development team is responsible for supporting Blue Shield of California ’s portfolio of virtual care solutions designed to improve member access, experience, and health outcomes. The Program Manager, Senior, Virtual Care Programs will report to the Director, Health Plan Product Development. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations and cross-functional execution of virtual care programs, partnering with internal stakeholders, strategic vendors, and healthcare providers to support successful implementation and ongoing performance.
You will bring strong business acumen, program management expertise, and an understanding of healthcare and digital health to help ensure virtual care programs meet member and business needs.
