- Support Project Managers with budget updates, forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Coordinate with vendors on quotes, purchase orders, deliveries, schedules, and project requirements.
- Track vendor deliverables, invoices, shipments, and outstanding issues.
- Support Procurement and Finance processes related to project purchases.
- Track equipment orders, shipments, deliveries, inventory, and installation schedules.
- Coordinate logistics between vendors, Engineering, Operations, Facilities, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain organized project files, contracts, purchase orders, schedules, and other project documentation.
- Prepare project status reports, presentations, trackers, and other materials for project and leadership meetings.
- Identify and escalate potential delays, risks, or issues to the Project Manager.
- Support project closeout activities and ensure outstanding deliverables and documentation are completed.
YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Technology, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, administration, engineering, technology, or a related environment.
- Experience coordinating vendors, purchase orders, invoices, procurement, or logistics preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
