How you will make contributions that matter

Join Saputo Dairy Australia as a Quality Systems Administrator at our Leongatha manufacturing site, where you’ll play an important role in maintaining and strengthening our Quality Management Systems.
Reporting to the Quality Manager, you’ll help ensure our systems continue to meet regulatory, accreditation and customer requirements while partnering closely with Quality, Production and other teams across the site.

You will:

- Support the ongoing management and improvement of quality standards, procedures and systems

- Participate in regulatory, accreditation and customer audits, communicating findings and coordinating follow-up actions

- Maintain the Non-Conformance Register and support the timely completion of corrective actions

- Maintain quality procedures, work instructions, forms and other system documentation

- Coordinate HACCP reviews, including preparation, documentation and follow-up actions

- Maintain the site Quality Master Plan

- Prepare quality system performance summaries to support reporting and reviews

- Support change control processes and monitor compliance

- Contribute to continuous improvement across the Quality team and broader site

About you

- Tertiary qualification in Food Science or similar

- Experience in quality or food manufacturing

- Understanding of basic root cause analysis

- Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
