- Build lasting relationships with contractors, consultants and key project stakeholders to strengthen Armstrong’s reputation and brand awareness.

- Research the Southern England market for MSMO applications, identify potential customers and gather insight to support product launch and future sales.

- Coordinate enquiries and quotations, and share market and competitor feedback to improve our offering.

Customer Support

-  Act as a responsive point of contact, working with internal sales, technical and service colleagues to deliver a positive customer experience.

Planning and Teamwork

- Maintain a clear CRM pipeline, provide realistic forecasts and collaborate with the wider UK Fire team.

- A track record of developing new customers and building strong relationships with contractors or installers, ideally across Southern England.

- Commercial and technical confidence to discuss fire pump applications and work effectively with engineering colleagues.

- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- Comfortable managing a sales pipeline and using CRM tools.

Additional Advantages

- Knowledge of BS EN 12845, LPCB, FM or relevant UK fire protection standards.

- Exposure to wet riser, MSMO, data centre, industrial or logistics projects.

Personal Qualities

- Proactive, self-motivated and keen to build brand awareness and develop a growing territory while working as part of a team.

- Based in the South of England, with willingness to travel regularly across the territory and occasionally elsewhere in the UK.
