Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) – Anthem, AZ | North Peoria, AZ

Pay: $20-$25 per hour
Schedule: Weekday Afternoons/Evenings | Saturdays also available

FAAST ABA is seeking a dedicated part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team!

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will partner closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver transformative Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) care to children in their homes. You’ll work one-on-one with families, helping children develop new skills, achieve milestones, and foster independence.

Your Impact:

- Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home and community

- Collect and record data on child behaviors and progress

- Participate in weekly supervision with the Behavior Analyst

- Attend regular team meetings to collaborate and share insights

What You’ll Need:

- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent

- Strong interest in working with children, especially those with special needs

- Experience working with children preferred

- Reliable transportation

- Active CPR Certification required

- 40-Hour RBT Training required

- Must be willing to obtain RBT certification within first 30 days

- Must be willing to obtain Fingerprint Card

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

- Capability to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods

- Comfort sitting on the floor or standing for prolonged periods

Licenses/Certifications:

- CPR Certification (Required)

- 40-Hour RBT Training (Required)

- RBT Certification (Preferred)

Must be at least 18 years of age to meet regulatory, background check, and BACB eligibility requirements for behavioral healthcare providers.
