We’re looking for an enthusiastic, positive Registered Dental Hygienist to join our practice on Mondays and Thursdays ! If you love building relationships, helping patients feel comfortable and confident, and working alongside teammates who support one another, we’d love to meet you. What you'll do:
- Perform prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance
- Complete periodontal charting, oral cancer screenings, and medical history reviews
- Take and evaluate radiographs and intraoral photos
- Apply fluoride varnish and sealants; administer local anesthesia where permitted by state law
- Educate patients on home care, nutrition, and treatment recommendations
- Document care accurately in our practice management system
- Partner with the dentist on treatment planning and help patients understand recommended care
- Follow all infection control and OSHA standards
