Retail Planning

- Channel Mise / Category Wise / Month Wise / Partner Wise Planning

- Sellout / Sell Thru / Selling Planning

- Global standards to be localized as per India consumer standards and expectations

- Launch global initiatives to manage and track store operations in India

- SPOC for global retail planning and SOP teams

Inventory Management
·       Inventory Planning
·       Channel Wise Month Wise Stock Allocation / replenishment
·       SAP orders, transfers and GRN
·       Discrepancy analysis and Cyclic Counts

Management Progress and Status Update Presentations
·       Weekly Monthly Quarterly System Uploads
·       India and APAC Presentations
·       Using AI / CO-pilot for quality representation and ideation

KPI Tracking & Analytics
·       Store Traffic, Demos and conversion
·       Lead generation and quality
·       Zero Sellout Doors / Opportunity Loss from Unmanned Doors and Stock Unavailability
·       Mystery Shopping results and action points

Retail Initiatives & Programs

- Design Incentive Programs for ISDs / Store Managers / Field Team

- Evaluating and Proposing Model specific Consumer Enablers and support programs

- Preparing Partner Level Sales Tie-up Programs / ROI working and Execution

- Retails SOPs

- Policy Making and Adherence

- ISD Deployment / Market Working Guidelines

- ISD Grading & Certifications

About You:

- 10 Years of experience in global brands store & retail operations for large format retails

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
