About Rate My Mortgage: we deliver qualified, ready-to-talk mortgage leads to brokers across Canada. We're growing our broker network and looking for a confident phone closer to help us do it.
What you'll do
- Call mortgage brokers from our provided list (no prospecting from scratch)
- Introduce our paid lead trial and handle objections
- Close brokers on a fixed-price trial offer (no negotiating required)
- Log calls and outcomes in our CRM and dialer
- Adapt our script outline to your own style
What we offer

You'll be a fit if you
- Are based in Canada
- Speak fluent, clear, professional English
- Have closed deals over the phone (B2B, outbound, or commission sales)
- Are comfortable with performance-based pay
- Bonus: experience in mortgages, real estate, lending, or financial services
