About the role

Job Description:

- This open role will own the full-cycle SOP management covering SIPcalculation, contract administration, digital system maintenance, and expense reconciliation.

- It will standardize cross-team workflow, cut redundant manual work, and enhance our operational accuracy and agility, bringing tangible efficiency gains to the entire team.

- Optimize and coordinate stock healthy management, ensure smooth routine retailer transfer and return, with internal and external function.

- Facilitating communication and collaboration within the sales team and across other departments.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or above.

- At least 3 years’ working experience of regional sales in FMCG industry, 1 years’ SOP management experience.

- Strong cross-function communication and presentation skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Experienced with Processing management.
