Sales Operations Associate

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Operations Associate based in India.

As a Sales Operations Associate, you will play a key role in driving prospect engagement and increasing enrollment conversions through structured sales activities. You will focus on re-engaging historical leads, reconnecting with individuals who have previously expressed interest in learning programs, and supporting prospects throughout their application journey. You will also identify opportunities to reconnect with former students and recommend relevant programs aligned with their evolving career goals. Through outbound calling, personalized counselling, and consistent follow-ups, you will help prospects make informed decisions and move forward with their applications. Working closely with sales qualification teams and other stakeholders, you will contribute to pipeline development and overall sales performance.
