This is a field-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys being out on the road, meeting customers and developing lasting relationships. - Build trusted, long-term relationships with new and existing customers across your territory.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through a consultative, customer-focused approach.
- Deliver sales, profitability and product mix objectives in line with business plans.
- Support customers with product range, inventory planning, pricing, market developments and commercial opportunities.
- Use your understanding of customers, competitors and the motorcycle market to identify opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with your sales Manager to monitor performance, overcome challenges and continuously develop the territory.
- Share your knowledge and experience with colleagues, supporting a collaborative and successful wider team.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about motorcycles, enjoys connecting with people and is motivated by building successful customer partnerships.
A genuine passion for motorcycles, ideally combined with experience or knowledge of the motorcycle or wider automotive industry.
- 2–5 years’ experience in sales, account management or a similar customer-focused commercial role.
- Demonstrated experience building and developing strong customer relationships and understanding customer needs.
- A collaborative communication style, with effective presentation and negotiation skills.
- Resilience and adaptability, with the ability to navigate challenges positively and keep moving things forward.
- Commercial awareness, good organisational skills and confidence using data to identify opportunities and make informed decisions.
- A valid UK driving licence and flexibility to travel extensively across the Midlands and South, including occasional overnight stays.
We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. Even if you don’t meet every listed qualification, we encourage you to apply.
