As a SAP - ABAP - Senior Associate you will lead client support work within our Advisory practice, focusing on SAP ABAP development, solution delivery, and the optimization of business application environments. This role offers the chance to guide technical workstreams, coordinate project execution, and contribute to solutions that help clients improve operational efficiency through SAP technology.

As a SA you will motivate, develop, and coach team members, balancing delivery priorities with quality, timelines, and client expectations. You will use your knowledge of business processes to spot opportunities, apply technology and innovation, and lead with integrity and authenticity while supporting a collaborative and accountable team environment. In this role at PwC, you will manage SAP ABAP activities, review deliverables, support issue resolution, and help shape work across multiple client needs and project phases.

Responsibilities

- Leading SAP ABAP development workstreams across finance technology engagements
- Managing project planning, timelines, budgets, and deliverables for client implementation efforts
- Guiding teams through technical design, build, testing, and deployment of SAP solutions
- Developing custom ABAP programs, enhancements, interfaces, forms, and reports aligned to business needs
- Reviewing code quality, performance, and maintainability across SAP development activities
- Coordinating issue resolution for complex SAP technical defects and production support items
- Applying SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP NetWeaver knowledge to modernize application landscapes
- Mentoring team members and reviewing work to build technical skills and delivery consistency
- Identifying opportunities to improve SAP processes, automation, and system functionality
- Collaborating with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable SAP technical solutions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating ABAP development across SAP Core ERP finance environments
- Managing SAP technical workstreams across design, build, and deployment phases
- Coaching junior team members through code reviews and mentoring
- Applying SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, and SAP NetWeaver knowledge
- Translating client needs into SAP technical solutions for finance processes
