SAP HCM Consultant (TM, OM & PA)

In this role, you will help optimize and support SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, with a particular focus on Time Management (TM), Organizational Management (OM), and Personnel Administration (PA). You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand HR processes, translate requirements into effective system configurations, and deliver enhancements that improve operational efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to accurate employee data management, streamlined organizational structures, and reliable time management processes. You will also support payroll-related integrations, troubleshoot system issues, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized solutions. Working across implementation, support, and upgrade initiatives, you will play a key role in maintaining system performance and ensuring that HR technology meets evolving business needs.
