Syskoplan is seeking a proactive and highly organized Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a growing SAP consulting organization. This role spans business operations, systems administration, project coordination, and leadership support, helping ensure the business runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, resourceful professional who can manage competing priorities, coordinate across internal teams, other Reply companies, and external partners, and take ownership of the details that keep the organization running. Working closely with leadership, this person will also help improve processes and support the continued growth of the business.
