Project Coordination and Administration
·       Prepare agendas, materials, and briefings for recurring governance and coordination meetings.
·       Develop, maintain, and enhance PMO standards, templates, trackers, and reporting structures.
·       Support project reporting and general administrative activities on an ad-hoc basis.
·       Document decisions, risks, issues, and follow‑up actions with clarity and completeness.
User Acceptance Testing Coordination
·    Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users and consultants.
·    Monitor test execution, defects, outstanding actions, and resolution progress.
·    Prepare and maintain testing records and supporting documentation.

SAP User Support
·    Provide SAP system administrative support after go-live.
·    Record, classify, and track incidents, service requests, and system-enhancement requests.
·    Liaise with SAP consultants and internal IT teams to investigate and resolve issues.
·    Support master data governance activities after go-live to help maintain data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
