Security Officer

Responsibilities
You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

- Deliver excellent customer service while upholding Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.

- Proactively manage security issues and respond to incidents as required.

- Maintain clear communication with the Operations Centre.

- Remain professional, alert, and visible at all times.

- Carry out any additional duties as directed by site management.

Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:

- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.

- Previous customer service or security experience.

- Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history and UK residency for the past 5 years.

- SIA Close Protection Licence desirable.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Professional and confident approach with visitors and stakeholders.

- Ability to deliver excellent customer service while maintaining security standards.

- Flexible to work days, nights, and weekends.

📅 Hours: 48 hours per week

🕘 Shift Pattern: Monday to Saturday, 09:00 - 17:00
