Casual Security Officer – Reliever

Looking for a role with purpose and variety? Join MSS Security as a Casual Reliever in Rockhampton , supporting a professional and public-facing environment.
If you're confident managing challenging situations, communicating effectively and maintaining a calm, professional presence, we'd love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Maintaining a safe and secure environment through patrols and monitoring

- Screening visitors and managing access control

- Responding to incidents and challenging behaviour

- De-escalating situations through effective communication

- Completing reports and supporting emergency response procedures

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

- Full Australian Working Rights

- Valid QLD Security Licence

- Current First Aid & CPR, or willingness to obtain

- Blue Card, or willingness to obtain

- Willingness to complete a National Police Check

- 24/7 availability, including weekends and public holidays
