Spreetail is seeking a Senior Benefit Analyst and become the go-to expert for employee benefits and equity compensation in a high-growth environment. You’ll lead the administration, analysis, and optimization of US health, welfare, retirement, and equity programs, including UARs and RSUs, while partnering closely with Payroll, Finance, and HR leadership. From reconciling monthly invoices and tracing discrepancies to their root cause, to building dashboards and keeping us compliant with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA, your work will directly shape accuracy, efficiency, and the employee experience.
