Accountabilities:
- Analyze existing clinical and operational workflows, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements aligned with organizational objectives and patient care requirements.
- Design, build, configure, and maintain assigned Epic application modules, particularly Epic Cupid, as well as associated third-party applications and integrations.
- Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, end users, hospital leadership, and ancillary department teams to gather business and technical requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
- Lead the development of electronic documentation solutions that support clinical workflows, operational efficiency, and healthcare delivery.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, system configurations, process specifications, and implementation materials.
- Create test scripts and testing documentation, and conduct unit, system, integration, and end-to-end workflow testing to validate system functionality and performance.
- Monitor Epic application updates, vendor releases, and industry developments to ensure system modifications and upgrades comply with technical specifications and operational requirements.
- Follow established configuration management, quality assurance, and software release standards, providing appropriate documentation and training for new functionalities and system upgrades.
- Troubleshoot application issues and system deficiencies, coordinate escalation procedures, and recommend effective solutions to minimize operational disruptions.
- Participate in multiple cross-functional initiatives, applying project management, coordination, and Lean methodologies to support successful implementation and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and subject matter expertise to other analysts, project managers, and consultants.
- Participate in project and departmental meetings, communicate progress and achievements, identify potential challenges, and provide regular status updates to management.
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support clinical technology operations and organizational objectives.
