Senior Executive - Account Management

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented  Senior Executive – Account Management to join our dentsu Bengaluru team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in  client servicing , with a heavy focus on  Mainline campaigns , along with exposure to Digital. You will act as the bridge between internal teams and clients, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality delivery of all communication projects.

Location : Bengaluru
CTC Offered : 5 LPA

Key Accountabilities

- Manage and service client accounts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

- Act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across – digital & Mainline.

- Understand client briefs and translate them into effective creative solutions

- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and media teams to deliver high-quality output

- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards

- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for business growth

Professional Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in advertising/account management within an advertising, digital, or integrated agency.

- Strong expertise in Mainline advertising; working knowledge of Digital is preferred

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Enthusiastic, passionate, and eager to learn

- A genuine interest in advertising and brand building
