About the role
Job Description
Corporate legal, tax, trade and compliance teams are changing how they work as regulation grows and AI reshapes the job. Thomson Reuters™ helps them make decisions they can trust, with connected solutions that turn compliance into an advantage for the business.
This is a hands-on integrated campaigns and demand generation role. You'll build and run TR's Corporate and Compliance campaigns across AEM, connecting brand and demand from first awareness through to the buying decision. Using customer data, market insight and performance signals, you'll create always-on campaigns that respond to customer needs across the full funnel. You'll own the Corporate and Compliance pipeline target, spending most of your time building and running campaigns and the rest shaping the strategy behind them. As part of TR's regional growth and demand team, you'll draw on global platforms and programs and adapt them to work for this region.
Key Responsibilities
In this opportunity as a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Corporates, you will:
- Build and run integrated Corporate and Compliance campaigns end to end: the idea and the offer, the content and channel mix, the build and launch, and the optimisation while they're live.
- Start from the customer and the regulator. Keep a calendar of the regulatory deadlines in each market, and use customer research, win and loss reviews, sales and partner conversations and engagement data to decide where, when and with what to be in market.
- Turn customer data, market insight and performance signals into relevant campaign decisions, ensuring audiences, messages, offers and journeys stay closely aligned to customer needs.
- Run always-on, full-funnel programs for each buying group, with ONESOURCE as the way in and a clear path to the rest of the connected suite.
- Test and learn with intent: set a hypothesis, read the results, scale what converts and stop what doesn't.
- Package each campaign as a campaign-in-a-box kit, with assets, audiences, journeys and a short playbook, so regional teams and partners can launch it quickly in every market, including co-branded versions partners run themselves.
- Work with regional marketing teams on campaigns for their markets, adapted to local buyers, languages, mandates and events, and bring TR's Synergy customer events into your programs.
- Partner with product marketing on propositions, proof and launches, and with content, performance marketing, account-based marketing and sales colleagues to bring each campaign to market.
- Localise TR’s global campaigns for the region, adapting message, proof, language and channels to each market and its mandates, with input from field marketing, so every campaign lands with local buyers rather than reading as a translation.
- Own the Corporate and Compliance demand plan, budget and pipeline target, focused on winning new customers and selling new products to existing ones, and report sourced and influenced pipeline, direct and through partners, with conversion and cost per opportunity.
Required Qualifications
You’re a fit for the role of Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Corporates if you have the following required qualifications:
- More than eight years of experience in B2B marketing, including several years of building and running integrated, multi-channel campaigns yourself against a pipeline target.
- Experience running campaigns for tax, finance, trade, or compliance buyers, or for other considered purchases in which senior people decide together, ideally timed to regulatory or other fixed deadlines.
- Hands-on command of the toolkit: you have shaped offers and copy, built journeys and landing pages in a marketing automation platform such as Eloqua, run events and webinars, and briefed paid and social targeting.
- Decisions made from evidence: you can walk through a campaign you changed or stopped because of what customers and the numbers told you, and you are fluent in Salesforce, Power BI, and intent data such as 6sense.
- Experience building campaigns once and scaling them across several markets with regional teams and partners, ideally in Asia-Pacific or emerging markets.
- Everyday use of AI in your own work, from research and audience insight to content variants and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Marketing experience in tax, trade, e-invoicing or compliance technology, or for a connected suite of products.
- Working Japanese, Korean, Mandarin or Arabic.
