Senior HubSpot Developer

Quadro Consulting was founded in 2014 in Bonn, Germany. We have been successfully delivering IT solutions to long-term clients across various industries, including Dating, Gaming, Payments & Finance, Printing & Marketing, Education, and many more.

We are looking for an experienced Senior HubSpot Developer to join our team and work on international digital projects, building scalable HubSpot solutions across websites, CRM, marketing automation, and integrations.

This role is a great fit for someone who is comfortable owning HubSpot solutions end-to-end, from understanding business requirements and designing the right technical approach to development, integration, testing, and optimization.

What you’ll be working on

- Develop and customize solutions within HubSpot CMS / Content Hub , including themes, templates, modules, landing pages, and reusable components

- Build and maintain custom HubSpot functionality using HubL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

- Design and optimize HubSpot CRM architecture , including properties, objects, pipelines, forms, lead lifecycle, and data structures

- Build and maintain complex workflows, lead scoring, routing, and marketing automation

- Develop and maintain integrations between HubSpot and third-party platforms using APIs, webhooks, and automation tools

- Support website migrations and implementation projects within the HubSpot ecosystem

- Work with tracking and analytics solutions such as GA4 and Google Tag Manager

- Troubleshoot complex issues related to CRM data, workflows, integrations, tracking, and website functionality

- Translate business and marketing requirements into scalable technical solutions

- Collaborate directly with clients and internal teams throughout discovery, implementation, and optimization

- Ensure solutions are maintainable, well-structured, performant, and easy for marketing teams to use

What we’re looking for

- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot , particularly HubSpot CMS / Content Hub and CRM

- Experience developing custom HubSpot themes, templates, and modules

- Working knowledge of HubL

- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

- Experience working with HubSpot APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations

- Hands-on experience with HubSpot workflows and marketing automation

- Good understanding of CRM architecture, lifecycle stages, lead management, and data flows

- Experience with website migrations, CMS architecture, and technical troubleshooting

- Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager , and web tracking concepts

- Ability to understand business requirements and turn them into practical technical solutions

- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to independently investigate complex technical issues

- Experience working directly with clients and cross-functional teams

- Strong English communication skills

Nice to have

- Experience with Operations Hub

- Experience with custom-coded workflow actions and advanced HubSpot automation

- Knowledge of HubSpot CLI and modern development workflows

- Experience with tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier

- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM/MarTech platforms

- Experience with WordPress, Webflow, React, or Next.js

- Understanding of technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and website performance

- Experience working with international or DACH-region clients

- HubSpot certifications
