The Opportunity
Bring your experience, curiosity and leadership to a role where people, technology and client outcomes come together.

As a Senior Manager you’ll lead our Australian eDiscovery team, champion AI-enabled ways of working and help turn complex challenges into practical solutions.

Joining our market leading and multidisciplinary Digital Legal Delivery practice, you’ll collaborate with legal, technology and advisory professionals across our global firm. This is an opportunity to develop people, deliver complex matters for prominent clients, and help grow the capabilities of an ambitious firm.

What you’ll do

- Lead end-to-end eDiscovery delivery, ensuring consistent quality and client service, with hands-on support when complex issues arise.

- Coach and develop eDiscovery Managers and their teams, creating opportunities to learn, progress and build rewarding careers.

- Champion AI and emerging legal technology, translating innovation into practical improvements for clients and legal teams.

- Build trusted relationships with partners, colleagues and clients, identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow our eDiscovery offering.

- Guide teams through change, coordinate resourcing across offices and support collaborative, effective ways of working.

- Manage vendor relationships and maintain clear oversight of project delivery, pipeline, costs and billing.

- Support sustainable growth through sound budgeting, pricing, financial controls and risk management, while promoting a safe, respectful workplace.

What you’ll bring

- 10+ years’ experience leading end-to-end eDiscovery delivery in contentious matters.

- Experience managing large, multi-region legal teams and meeting tight deadlines.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Expertise in scoping, costing and planning, including Australian court and regulatory production requirements.

- Technical aptitude and the ability to adopt and champion AI-enabled eDiscovery tools.

- Proficiency in Relativity (preferred) and/or other platforms such as Ringtail, Nuix or iPro.

- Strong eDiscovery legal and market knowledge, with the ability to communicate with impact across technical and non-technical audiences.

- Professional services experience and knowledge of data collection, preservation and forensic handling are desirable, not essential.
