About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who combines strong product thinking with excellent visual craft and uses AI tools regularly throughout their work.
You’ll turn ambiguous problems and early ideas into clear, polished product experiences. Working closely with Product and Engineering, you’ll help shape what we build and own your work from exploration through launch and iteration.

This is a hands-on role with high autonomy. You should be comfortable making decisions with incomplete information, moving quickly, and using AI tools to build realistic prototypes with components from our design system’s GitHub repository.

Responsibilities

- Translate customer needs and business goals into intuitive product experiences

- Design complex, data-rich interfaces with clear hierarchy, thoughtful interactions, and attention to edge cases

- Help define problems, challenge assumptions, and make informed product decisions

- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to ship practical, high-quality solutions

- Use customer feedback and product data to evaluate and improve what ships

- Work with our design system in Figma and GitHub, reusing existing components and identifying gaps

- Use AI tools regularly to explore ideas, build prototypes, and accelerate iteration

- Communicate your thinking clearly and give and receive constructive feedback

Requirements

- 7+ years of product design experience, including work in startup or high-growth environments

- A portfolio showing shipped products, strong product thinking, and polished execution across complex interfaces

- Strong typography, layout, and interaction design skills

- Regular, hands-on use of AI tools in your design workflow, with examples of how they improve your work

- Experience working with design systems maintained in GitHub repositories, including finding components, understanding their usage, and applying them in prototypes

- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and turn early ideas into buildable solutions

- A collaborative approach, curiosity, and willingness to adapt as you learn
