THE ROLE

As a founding Senior Project Manager within our Enterprise Strategy & Transformation team, you will shape and scale an elite, high-touch customer program designed to deepen partnerships with Everpure’s highest-value enterprise accounts. In this high-impact strategic role, you will bridge executive vision and field execution by collaborating closely with cross-functional leadership, go-to-market teams, and account executives to design scalable customer journeys. You will serve as an indispensable thought partner to business leaders, orchestrating critical workstreams, establishing operating rhythms, and translating customer insights into organizational growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Architect and Scale Strategic Program Foundations: Define program milestones, operating frameworks, and governance standards to transition a flagship enterprise initiative from initial design into a repeatable, company-wide operating model.

- Lead Cross-Functional Execution and Operational Rhythms: Orchestrate multi-functional stakeholders across account teams, customer success, and corporate strategy, proactively resolving operational blockers and aligning distributed teams around clear delivery milestones.

- Deliver Executive Reporting and Fact-Based Business Insights: Transform disparate data points across Salesforce, Tableau, and BI platforms into executive-ready scorecards, narrative memos, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership and executive sponsors.

- Drive Measurable Customer Activation and Account Impact: Monitor and optimize onboarding, adoption health, and customer satisfaction metrics to ensure top enterprise accounts experience seamless, differentiated value from the Everpure™ Platform.

- Embed Next-Generation Productivity and Change Management: Champion modern AI-assisted workflows and structured change management practices to streamline project deliverables, accelerate field adoption, and elevate team-wide operational excellence.

WHAT YOU BRING

- Strategic Problem-Solving and Business Acumen: Demonstrated capability to structure ambiguous, complex business challenges, apply rigorous analytical thinking, and deliver structured outcomes within strategy, operations, or consultative environments.

- Cross-Functional Influence and Executive Communication: Proven ability to build consensus across senior leaders and cross-functional teams, articulate nuanced insights concisely through executive-level presentations and memos, and inspire change without direct authority.

- Advanced Analytical and Technical Fluency: Hands-on proficiency synthesizing multi-source data using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Salesforce, and Tableau, coupled with experience leveraging AI-augmented workflows to drive day-to-day productivity and operational efficiency.

- End-to-End Program Ownership: A track record of taking initiatives from concept to sustainable execution, establishing scalable playbooks, managing interdependencies, and maintaining a high standard of precision and delivery.

- Office Engagement: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA or New York, NY office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is:
$153,000 — $230,000 USD
