Senior Recruiter, Strategic Recruitment

As Senior Recruiter, you will lead the recruitment for a portfolio of roles with our Executive and Strategic Recruitment capability. This role will operate in both a split-desk and full-desk model (role dependent): you will source, screen, and pipeline top-tier talent with a focus on quality of hire, speed, and a white-glove candidate experience for our priority talent needs.

You will apprentice with talent acquisition leaders and colleagues to build knowledge of the Stand Together community , our organizational priorities, ideal candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies. As a member of the Strategic Recruitment team , you will play a pivotal role in building and supporting teams and capabilities that are driving long-term, transformational change to drive progress on some of our country's most pressing problems.
