About the role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer based in Mexico.

We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable solutions that support critical business operations within a fast-growing legal services environment. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the technical development and continuous improvement of Salesforce and Litify, helping streamline workflows, strengthen data quality, and enhance the user experience. You’ll work closely with Operations, Technology, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into reliable, maintainable technical solutions. Your expertise will contribute to platform architecture, automation, integrations, and overall system performance. You’ll also help establish development standards and ensure high-quality testing, documentation, and deployment practices. This is a fully remote, independent contractor opportunity for a technically strong professional who values collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities

-
Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy scalable solutions across Salesforce and Litify.

-
Build and maintain Apex code, Lightning components, Salesforce Flows, custom objects, integrations, and other platform functionalities.

Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and other business applications to support connected workflows and reliable data exchange.

-
Investigate complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.

-
Support initiatives focused on data quality, process automation, and platform performance optimization.

-
Apply Salesforce development standards and best practices, ensuring appropriate documentation, testing, and release management.

-
Collaborate with Operations, Technology, and other business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and enhance workflows and system capabilities.

-
Maintain technical documentation and contribute to testing, deployments, ongoing platform maintenance, and continuous improvements.

-
Help evolve the Salesforce architecture to support the organization's changing operational needs and long-term scalability.

Requirements:

-
At least 7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

-
Strong practical experience with Salesforce; familiarity with Litify is highly preferred.

-
Proven ability to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that address complex business requirements.

-
Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security principles, and development best practices.

-
Experience with CI/CD processes, version control systems, and Salesforce deployment methodologies.

-
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose technical problems and deliver reliable solutions.

-
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

-
A proactive, quality-focused approach to development, documentation, testing, and continuous platform improvement.

-
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining accountability and consistent delivery.

Benefits:

-
Fully remote engagement: Work remotely from Mexico.
