About the role

We are looking for a
Senior Software Engineer with a passion for AI/ML to join our healthcare innovation initiatives. You will contribute to algorithm development, data analysis, and model evaluation, working closely with researchers and engineers to deliver intelligent solutions that enhance healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Support ongoing AI projects with data collection, preprocessing, and analysis.

- Design and implement AI algorithms tailored for healthcare use cases.

- Conduct data analysis and visualization to identify actionable insights.

- Build, train, test, and optimize ML models to improve accuracy and reliability.

- Document methodologies, experiments, and outcomes clearly.

- Collaborate in brainstorming sessions, contributing technical ideas and feedback.

- Mentor associate-level engineers and interns as needed.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

- 3 to 5 years of industry experience in software engineering, with exposure to AI/ML projects.

- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and OOP (C#, Java).

- Experience with statistical and ML techniques (linear/logistic regression, Random Forest, etc.).

- Hands-on with data analysis and visualization (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib).

- Familiarity with agile development processes.

- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is an advantage.

- Knowledge of deep learning and generative AI tools is a plus.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
