Rather than developing production software, you will apply your engineering expertise to assess how tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor reason, communicate, and guide developers through real-world technical challenges. You will examine the usefulness of explanations, the quality of technical judgment, and the overall developer experience. Your feedback will help establish clear standards for what excellent AI-assisted software engineering should look like.
