Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell the full range of Tempur products while maintaining in-depth product knowledge and expertise

- Deliver premium customer service and build productive relationships with customers

- Manage inventory and maintain high standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation at all times

- Handle VOC and manage customer experience

- Responsible for developing and training the sales team

- Work with the sales representative to meet sales targets and ensure the store is well operational

- Perform other duties as assigned
