We are looking for:

A creative, camera-ready Social Media Manager ready to take full ownership of reimagining, rebuilding and scaling a global brand’s social media presence in Columbia within a heavily regulated industry.

- Proven track record of growing social media channels

- Strong content portfolio and on-camera presence

- UGC / influencer experience - a big advantage

- Advanced knowledge of social media trends, formats, hooks, and community behaviour

- Knowledge of sports  is a an advantage

- Knowledge of Columbian market is a must

- Hands-on creative capability and strong collaboration with creative teams

- Intermediate or advanced skills with design and motion/editing tools

- Ability to brief designers/editors

- Languages

- Fluent Spanish

- Fluent English

You will:

- Take full ownership of building a global brand’s social media presence in Columbia

- Operate in one of the most exciting, fast-moving, yet regulated industries

- Bring ideas to life on and off camera, with real freedom to shape the content style

- Collaborate with UGC creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors
