Social Worker - Community Team

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult's Social Worker to join its client’s Community  team, based in Calderdale.    

What will your responsibilities be?  

- Completing strength-based Care Act Assessments and Reviews

- Conduct safeguarding enquiries.

- Complete Mental Capacity Assessments and best interest decisions.

- Attend MDT meetings and work alongside other professionals within the community.

- Attend ICB reviews and complete CHC checklists/DST.

- Undertake S117 reviews.

- COP/Legal works.

- Support on the office cover rota with screening tasks.

- any other tasks asked by managers

Qualifications and Experience:  

To be successful in this role you must have;  

- Social Work England registration  

- Eligible to work in the UK  

- Hold a full UK driving licence  

- Post-qualified experience  

- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
