Solution Analyst, Technology Supply Chain

Job Description Summary
As part of STEP - Global Digital Transformation Program, we are seeking an experienced MIC Consultant with a strong background in Global Trade. The candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, business process design, and solution delivery in MIC or other Trade Compliance solutions.

Job Description
Major accountabilities:

- Implementation & Solution Design· Lead and participate in end-to-end MIC implementations, including requirement gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical design

- Lead workshops and interviews with end users, Supply Chain process leadership to capture functional and non-functional requirements for site deployments.

- Translate business needs into traceable, testable requirements; manage requirements versioning and change control.

- Collaborate with external IT service providers, solution architects, developers, integrators, and validation engineers to ensure requirements are implementable and design decisions are documented.

- Facilitate design review sessions and walk-throughs with business stakeholders to validate proposed solutions.

- Ensure technical integration with SAP, other non-SAP systems.

- Support development of functional specifications, use cases, process maps, data mappings, and configuration matrices as needed.

- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT): develop UAT scripts from URS, triage issues, and track resolutions.

- Provide guidance and support to end‑users including training materials or hands‑on sessions when needed.

- Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate project status, risks, and impacts, and escalate issues as needed.

- Maintain traceability matrices and ensure requirements link through design, test, and deployment artifacts.

- Contribute to deployment planning, cutover activities, and post-go-live support/lessons learned.

- Responsible for performing all assigned activities in compliance with GxP regulations, company SOPs, and data integrity requirements.
Key performance indicators:

- Make sure MIC implemented within planned Time, Budget and Scope ad with expected Quality.
Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:

- Configuration & Integration ·
- Configure MIC solutions ·

- Work with MIC integrations with S4 and SAP ECC

- Technical Skills ·

- Strong expertise in:
- MIC

- SAP Integrations

- Project management

- Business partnering

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineer, Business Administration, or related field; (Master’s degree is preferred)
Certification in project management methods (Agile, ITIL, Prince 2, PMI) is a plus. ·
Experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies; Certification is a plus

Languages Fluent English required (oral and written)
