As a Specialist, Counterparty Credit Risk, you will play a key role in strengthening and developing a centralized counterparty credit risk management function within a fast-growing financial services environment. Working at the intersection of risk management, brokerage, capital markets, finance, and treasury, you will oversee the full counterparty credit assessment and monitoring lifecycle. You will evaluate financial strength, establish appropriate credit limits, and monitor exposures to ensure alignment with the organization's risk appetite. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will provide actionable insights and recommendations to support informed business decisions. You will also contribute to building scalable risk frameworks, policies, and procedures that promote operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
