Job Description:
TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc., has an opening in its Anderson, SC office for a Sr. Corporate Recruiter (ON A FULL-TIME TEMPORARY/CONTRACT BASIS) that will assist in the recruitment of various full-time, part-time, and temporary positions within the organization. Primary Responsibilities
- Partner with department heads to ascertain staffing needs
- Utilize recruitment tools and strategies to identify and source qualified candidates
- Prescreen all qualified applicants
- Spearhead the organization and scheduling of interviews
- Guide applicants through the hiring process
- Coordinate new hire onboarding process
- Various administrative duties (check requests, booking travel, creating job descriptions, position grading, expense reimbursement, etc...).
- Creation of recruitment material
- Represent TTI at various local and regional career fairs
- Form creative solutions to staffing issues
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
- 5+ years of general recruiting experience
- DESIRED: experience recruiting salaried Engineers (EE, ME specifically)
- Ability to work independently under general direction and guidance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Passion for a career in Human Resources
