The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills are essential for success in this role. What You'll Do
• Manage end-to-end in-store marketing material workflow, including consolidation of HQ assets, adaptation for the Taiwan market, ordering, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of in-store materials such as monthly signage updates, seasonal lightboxes, Digital Easel, and LED screen content.
• Manage Gift-With-Purchase (GWP) projects, including vendor coordination, production follow-up, quality control, delivery schedules, and store allocation support.
• Collaborate closely with the Visual Merchandising (VM) team, vendors, and internal stakeholders to secure smooth execution across stores.
• Act as the central point of contact between HQ, local merchandising, and external partners for all in-store material projects.
• Support campaign launches and retail marketing initiatives with accurate in-store executions.
• Monitor quality, timelines, and budgets related to in-store material production and implementation.
• Provide post-campaign reviews and process improvement suggestions for future projects.
Who You Are
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the fashion/apparel or retail industry.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across functions and with external vendors.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English (business level or above) and Mandarin Chinese.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with in-store marketing materials, production processes, and vendor management is a strong plus.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive problem solver.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and cross-cultural environment.
