About the Role
As a Staff Product Manager at Kiwi.com, you will own a deeply technical product scope spanning core logic, supplier integrations, and pricing algorithms while driving commercial outcomes. Operating closer to tech and data than a traditional PM, you will set vision, write specs, run experiments, and ship products end-to-end using AI agents to accelerate execution.
About the Inventory - Data Acquisition Team
In our Kiwi.com Data Acquisition team, we are responsible for sourcing the most accurate, complete and competitive content for our customers and ultimately enhancing their searching success. We collect, analyze and integrate data from multiple services and sources to ensure content quality and bookability. In short, our mission is to ensure our users find the flights they are looking for, at the best possible price.
What you will do
- Guide products from discovery to launch by shaping clear product vision, balanced technical trade-offs, and shared outcomes that ship iteratively into production.
- Build a comprehensive understanding of data pipelines, API integrations, caching logic, and pricing algorithms to support swift, autonomous technical choices.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to explore architecture trade-offs, refine system designs, and establish clear acceptance criteria that support real business and customer needs.
- Integrate AI agents into everyday workflows to enrich data analysis, support rapid prototyping, and shorten the feedback loop from concept to delivery.
- Co-create impactful AI and machine learning initiatives that elevate content quality, support dynamic pricing, and refine system health monitoring.
- Cultivate close alignment across engineers, data scientists, and commercial partners, bringing diverse perspectives together around transparent, shared priorities.
- Support and mentor fellow product managers through thoughtful product discovery, metric-informed decision-making, and open feedback loops.
- Communicate domain strategy and insights with clarity, empathy, and transparency across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What you will need
- A proven track record of nurturing complex tech products end-to-end with clear accountability for positive business outcomes.
- Your previous significant experience as a technical Product Manager is backed by supporting internal tools, data flows, and iterative experiments.
- You bring successful experience in working comfortably with data pipelines, API contracts, caching considerations, and system data exploration.
- You bring senior-level experience with hands-on AI agent orchestration, thoughtful prompt design, and developing AI-assisted prototypes.
- You thrive in collaborative, fast-moving spaces where teams ship early, learn together, and iterate using production signals.
- You can demonstrate your skills in connecting strategy, technical depth, and data modeling in an open environment free of red tape.
- You have professional proficiency level English language skills (written and verbal), and you communicate with clarity, empathy, and precision.
