Studio Assistant (Maternity Cover)

An exciting opportunity has arisen at our Swindon studio for a Temporary Studio Assistant . This is a fixed-term maternity cover position for up to 9 months, with the possibility of an extension depending on business needs.

The position follows a set four-week rolling rota, with flexibility required to support the needs of the business. Additional shifts may also be available to cover holidays and absence.

Working Hours;

Week 1:  Friday 3pm–8pm, Saturday 10am–5pm

Week 2: Wednesday 10am–3pm, Friday 3pm–8pm

Week 3: Friday 3pm–8pm, Saturday 10am–5pm

Week 4: Wednesday 10am–3pm, Friday 3pm–8pm

As a Studio Assistant, you will support the day-to-day running of the studio by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and assisting with sales and stock replenishment. You’ll work closely with the Studio Manager and team to ensure the studio is welcoming, safe and operating smoothly at all times.

What we are looking for

Essential:

- Previous customer-facing experience

- English GCSE or an equivalent qualification, or demonstrable communication skills

- Experience working towards a goal or target through previous roles or education

- Ability to attend mandatory training

- Good time management skills

- Motivation to succeed and take on new challenges

Desirable:

- Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment

- Experience or interest in the health and beauty industry

- Experience cleaning and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
