Job Description
- รับเรื่องและพิจารณาหมาย/คำสั่งจากหน่วยงานราชการเกี่ยวกับการอายัด ถอนอายัด การนำส่งข้อมูล เงิน หรือทรัพย์สินอื่น รวมถึงการนำส่งคำสั่งให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ตรวจสอบข้อมูลลูกค้าหรือบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับหมาย/คำสั่ง ผ่านระบบต่าง ๆ ของธนาคาร
- จัดการและบันทึกข้อมูลในระบบของทีมบริหารงานหมายตามขั้นตอนที่กำหนด พร้อมจัดเตรียมและส่งคำร้องขอข้อมูลไปยังหน่วยงานภายในที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- นำส่งข้อมูลตามหมาย/คำสั่งผ่านช่องทางที่กำหนด เช่น หนังสือ อีเมล หรือช่องทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์อื่น ๆ รวมถึงการแก้ไขข้อมูลที่ผิดพลาดหรือไม่สมบูรณ์ และปฏิบัติงานอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานหมาย/คำสั่งจากหน่วยงานราชการ
- ให้คำปรึกษาแก่สาขา หน่วยงาน หรือบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องเกี่ยวกับงานหมาย/คำสั่งของหน่วยงานราชการ
