Supplier Quality Engineer (F/M)

Join our Supplier Quality Operation FMT & ST team as a Supplier Quality Engineer (F/M) and play a key role in ensuring consistent quality performance across assigned suppliers. Through supplier assessments, quality assurance activities and the resolution of quality issues, you will help strengthen supplier reliability and support our focus on better health for more people.

Grow With Us – Your Responsibilities

- Perform on site supplier assessments and due diligence activities by planning, conducting, and documenting assessments against quality requirements to identify compliance gaps and reduce supplier-related quality risks

- Execute release and validation activities by reviewing changes, documentation, and first article results to enable compliant implementation of supplier changes

- Resolve supplier deviations and complaints by leading investigations and verifying corrective actions to prevent recurrence of quality issues

- Monitor supplier quality performance by evaluating quality indicators and escalating recurring trends to improve supplier reliability and consistency

- Support product introductions by contributing to qualification, validation, and first article activities to ensure supplier readiness for successful product launches

- Coordinate supplier quality topics with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate resolution of quality-related issues

What Will Convince Us

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Life Sciences, Chemistry or related field

- 3+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Assurance or Manufacturing Quality

- Experience applying quality methods including audits, deviation management, root cause analysis and corrective actions

- Knowledge of applicable quality standards and regulatory requirements

- Experience collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders across Procurement, Engineering & Manufacturing

- Strong analytical, communication & stakeholder management skills

- Fluent in English
