- Supporting the implementation and optimization of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Web EDI processes to improve information flow between internal teams and external partners.

- Collaborating with logistics, production planning, IT, and other stakeholders to improve system accuracy and operational workflows.

- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain visibility.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Support

- Participating in new product introductions, production start-ups, and product phase-out activities to ensure effective materials and logistics planning.

- Partnering with manufacturing, logistics, customer service, and external supply chain stakeholders to resolve operational challenges.

- Communicating proactively with internal and external partners regarding supply availability, delivery schedules, and potential risks.

- Contributing to a collaborative, customer-focused environment that supports operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functional teams.

- Ability to manage competing priorities and respond effectively to changing customer and production requirements.
