- Coordinate multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring priorities are managed effectively and hiring needs are addressed.

Requirements:

- At least 3–5 years of professional experience in end-to-end recruitment, with strong knowledge of the full hiring lifecycle.

- Proven track record of sourcing and successfully hiring high-quality candidates for non-technical functions, such as Legal, Finance, Accounting, and other business support departments.

- Strong understanding of modern recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and hiring best practices.

- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented approach to building productive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.

- Proactive and self-driven mindset, combined with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility for recruitment outcomes.

- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on evaluating recruitment performance and continuously improving processes.

- Good English communication skills, at Intermediate level (B1/B2) or higher.
