As a Field Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening commercial operations by coordinating and improving onboarding programs for new field employees. You will oversee the development of onboarding resources, deliver training sessions, and ensure new hires have the tools, systems, and information needed to succeed. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Human Resources, IT, Finance, Legal, and Training, you will help create a seamless and consistent employee onboarding experience. You will also contribute to process optimization, operational planning, and communication initiatives aligned with business growth and product expansion.
