Funciones:

- Primera atención telefónica al cliente, registrando casos, cotizando y realizando el proceso de facturación asegurando un buen servicio al cliente. Así como también llevar la administración de reportes de gastos de los Ingenieros.

- Coordinar las actividades de entrenamiento asistiendo a los Clientes (Internos / Externos) y las misiones en campo desarrolladas por parte de los Ingenieros de Entrenamiento.
