We’re looking for passionate hospitality professionals across a range of front-of-house opportunities, including Waitpersons and Buspersons roles .

Whether you’re delivering polished table service or supporting a seamless VIP guest experience, you’ll play an important part in creating memorable experiences for our VIP guests.

Positions are available from Part-Time 2 (20–48 hours per fortnight) through to Part-Time 4 (76 hours per fortnight) .

About You
To be successful, you will bring:

- Previous experience within Food & Beverage, restaurants, bars, premium and VIP hospitality or a similar guest-facing environment

- A passion for providing exceptional and personalised guest service

- Strong food and beverage knowledge, with bar, wine, spirits or cocktail knowledge highly regarded

- A polished, professional and approachable manner

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- The ability to anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service

- Confidence working within a busy, high-service hospitality environment

- Strong attention to detail and presentation

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop

- Flexibility to work across weekdays, evenings, overnights, weekends and public holidays
