Web Cut & Trim Technician

Job Description Summary
Performs a variety of duties to move, grind, and assemble a web.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
·         Cut or grind away excess resin and fiberglass.
·         Scuff the web
·         Perform repairs to the web using the repair specifications.
·         Perform steps to assemble and align the web halves by installing spacers, hardware, lightening arrestors, glue channels, and buttons.
·         Move the assembled webs to areas where they will be stored or to production areas where they will be installed in the blade.
·         Maintain 5s standards

Required Qualifications
·          Ability to lift of carry objects or materials up to 40 lbs.
·         Ability to push/pull heavy objects.
·         Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time.
·         Ability to operate basic hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery.
·         Requires usage of respirator.

- Certifications in Crane operator, and Crane Spotter.

Desired Characteristics
·         High School Diploma, GED or related work experience
·         Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Position Shift: 10pm-6:30am
For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the base pay for this position is $22.88-$27.50.
